Therapeutic Alliance Assessment Project (TAAP) - Launched February 2019

TAAP is a short-term psychotherapy research program that provides therapy to help adults who are struggling with their emotions, their relationships, and/or navigating changes in life circumstances. Deliberate practice informs the program in two important ways. First, patients’ complete self-report measures assessing treatment related factors (i.e. alliance), psychological well-being, and daily stressors that are subsequently reviewed in each session with their therapist. Second, all therapy sessions are video-recorded and are the bedrock of supervision.
